The Gallagher Law Firm is proud of its attorneys and their accomplishments. While settlement without a trial can be a good thing, the attorneys at the Gallagher Law Firm believe that the only way to get a fair settlement for its clients is to prepare for trial from the moment they first meet their clients. Richard T. Gallagher, Jr.
Mr. Gallagher graduated from Tulane Law School in the top ten percent of his class and spent the first seven years of his career working in the best law firms in New Orleans. In August of 2000, Mr. Gallagher took that education and experience and founded the Gallagher Law Firm. Because Mr. Gallagher was tired of helping big insurance companies, he founded his Firm with the idea of helping regular people. Linda R. Gallagher
Mrs. Gallagher, Mr. Gallagher's mother, went back to school after starting a family, graduating in 1983. Mrs. Gallagher is most proud that she was able to graduate First in her Loyola Law School class, while still raising two teenage boys. After law school, Mrs. Gallagher worked in the litigation section of one of the most prestigious law firms in New Orleans. Mrs. Gallagher now practices in the areas of arbitration - mediation, medical malpractice and commercial litigation.
Kearney S. Loughlin
Mr. Loughlin joined the Gallagher Law Firm in 2003. Mr. Loughlin practices in the areas of admiralty - maritime, Jones Act cases, medical malpractice and nursing home abuse. Elizabeth S. Robins
